About the Job
The BDC Representative will be the first point of contact for a consumer contacting Wayne Subaru when shopping online for a new or pre-owned Subaru. Contact is via the internet from multiple points of contact with us. The Digital Sales Specialist will be able to provide the prospect with enough information to build rapport with the potential buyer. Establishing this rapport will enable trust to be built between Wayne Subaru and the prospect, allowing for an appointment to be made in-order to have the prospect visit Wayne Subaru to physically see, touch, test-drive, and fall in love with the vehicle that will best fit their needs and desires.

Requirements to Excel in Role:
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales .
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and prioritize follow-ups.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other dealership personnel (sales staff and managers) to ensure a seamless Wayne Subaru purchase experience.
